The film portraits the work of Willy Tsao, choreographer, Festival and company director who has dedicated incessant efforts in the development of modern dance in China. The film documents his artistic activities in Beijing, Guangzhou and Hong Kong and presents his companies which are designed as platforms to promote dance and support artist’s development.
